As a psychotherapist, and board certified Art Therapist, I use traditional solution focused, evidence-based practices with a positive, strength-based approach. While teaching practical coping skills for managing immediate symptoms, I integrate the creative process, mindfulness and somatic-awareness to instill hope and promote long lasting health and wellbeing.
